About the Course

The Faculty of Law at Bond is a premier skills-based law school that focuses on teaching both the substance and skills of the law. We deliver a rigorous law curriculum that focuses on the academic development of students, providing an exceptionally high-quality learning experience characterised by a professional and practical emphasis. You will learn essential skills – such as legal research and reasoning, legal writing and drafting, oral communication and advocacy, dispute resolution and collaboration, legal ethics and professionalism – in a simulated legal environment with state-of-the-art facilities. Learning the law is intense, so we only accept 180 students annually to ensure we keep class numbers small to give you the personalised approach to teaching for which Bond is renowned. You will also have the opportunity to gain experience in our Bond Law Clinics, which work with the profession and community on a pro-bono basis or to compete internationally or domestically in one of our many pre-eminent moot teams.
