About the Course

This double degree will equip you with the knowledge and skills to work in emerging areas that require an understanding of the law, social work theory and practice, social and behavioural sciences, community, family law and human relationships. The Social Work (Honours) degree includes studies in social work practice, social and behavioural sciences, and contextual studies. The degree includes courses that build research skills, including research design and methodology, and you’ll complete a piece of independent or directed research as part of the Honours requirement.UNSW Law graduates have excellent analytical skills, a capacity for scholarly research, effective oral and written communication skills, and a commitment to personal and professional development, ethical practice and social responsibility.
