You will examine structures, systems, culture and leadership, including how to implement organisational change and how to leverage competitive advantage in the global marketplace. You will develop the knowledge and skills to recruit and select suitable staff, manage their performance at work, develop their skills, ensure their safety at work, and deal with legal aspects of the employment relationship.
