About the Course

RMIT’s new human resource management program is focused on enhancing and updating your knowledge and skills to develop HR practice globally. The program focuses on a diverse global workforce. In particular, you will develop critical awareness of the legal, ethical, social, economic and environmental challenges and implications of HR strategy, operations, processes and decision making. You will understand the application of HR practice within small and medium enterprises, including start-ups and entrepreneurial firms, and the public and not for profit sectors as well as multinational corporations. This program meets the needs of people with no previous formal HR qualifications who wish to enter the HR profession, as well as people with extensive experience who wish to update their knowledge of contemporary global thinking.
