The qualification offers two specialisations: Leadership in Gerontology and Rehabilitation Person Centred Dementia Care What you will study The Master of Science (Person Centred Dementia Care) is a clinically focused program that prepares practitioners for advanced professional practice in the specialist field of dementia. Graduates are able to critically review the health and well-being of individuals living with dementia, review social policy in dementia care, and develop advocacy skills to work with users, carers and colleagues in the health, social care and voluntary sectors. The program differs from courses offered by other Australian universities in that it is underpinned by a rehabilitation approach to dementia care. Choose to study online, or face-to-face: These courses are fully online, using best practice in technology-enhanced learning meaning you can study from any location at your own pace.
